Collective Impact – Healthcare
Wednesday 18 January 2017
The pharmaceutical industry would like to keep access to healthcare. Smart at Care achieves this by connection with stakeholders from partnerships.
The article titled ‘The Ecosystem of Shared Value', published in the Harvard Business Review (October 2016), indicates the importance of partnerships. Because you only create so-called 'Collective Impact' by cooperation. This also applies also to healthcare. Or cooperation between different sectors. Healthcare and technology go naturally well together in the context of healthcare innovation/transformation.
Five elements ensure the success of 'Collective Impact':
1. A common agenda
2. A shared measurement system
3. Mutually reinforcing activities
4. Constant communication
5. Dedicated “backbone” support.
